Feeling defeated

I feel sooooo defeated I know it’s early but I am 9 dpo and have a negative test but have been cramping and turns out I have a positive opk and it was brighter and darker then when I taught i was ovulating now inhave to go through the two week wait again. I’m so close on giving up!
