Gestational Diabetes ⁉️❗️❗️⁉️

Ieasha

I was told my levels were too high but from what I’m reading about it ... that’s not true. I’m 14wks and took the test @12wks. I’m overweight so I believe that’s why they got me to test early, but now that I’m checking my levels daily ..... I don’t see what’s wrong. I honestly think I was misdiagnosed. Any nurses reading this who would like to respond ? This is the chart I go by .... and according to it, my levels are appropriate. I asked the Nutritionist what my ending level was that made me fail the test - she said I needed 92 or below and my level was 95. I have changed my diet because it scared me. Never dealt with this before ... so I watch my carb intake, no grease fried food and no bread. Switched my potato to cauliflower.

🚨🚨🚨*** EDIT *** 🚨🚨🚨

- 95 was my level for the 2nd blood draw after the sugar drink

- my fasting numbers since tracking has been 87-91 and the highest level reached after eating was 107
