Need slippers suggestions for Mom

Hey Mamas! Anyone have a favorite sturdy slipper they love??? I just bought these maybe 8 months ago and already they have little holes in them. They are so comfy, but I’d really like to get a pair that last at least 1 year. Something with a back to it so I don’t slip and slide as much.

Any recommendations? Thanks!

I’m a work from home mom who sometimes watches her toddler too and we have a cement slab floor that is reallly cold in the winter and cool in the summer. My toes are always freezing.
