No sign of AF

Still no sign of AF, been having my fair share of symptoms but don't know whether it's pregnancy related or period... Started off with being excessively tired(still am) at first I lost my appetite completely now I can't stop eating, bloating, been quite gassy(more than usual for someone with ibs) been getting a lot of lower back pain but only at night? Pain during sex but only when I'm infront and over the last few days my boyfriends noticed my boobs have gotten a lot bigger! They're not sore or uncomfortable though just heavy! I took a test last week but got a BFN, what do you guys think?xx
