Late period/ medication.

So I was supposed to start my period February 21st,2021. I still haven’t started if I bought a pregnancy test would it show. Is their possibly any reason why it would be late. This app is usually spot on & I still haven’t had my period. Could It possibly be because where February is a short month? I’ve been with my hubby for almost 2years & never used no type of protection. I’ve convinced my self that I can’t get pregnant. Today I’m having some discharge,it’s clear & slippery. I haven’t even had one cramp & I feel like talking or telling anyone about it that I’m going to start & seem like the biggest lair. Also I usually don’t get eat up with poison but I’m currently covered head to toe in some type of poison. I’ve been taking prednisone (steroids that the doctor prescribed) & I’ve also been taking Benadryl do I need to stop ether of these medications and get a test before I continue taking them? I went to the doctor to get something for my poison the 22nd but I didn’t want to bring it up to her attention as that wasn’t why I was there, & I get extremely nervous & shy on the subject.
