So I changed my 6th month olds diaper and I noticed a dark long worm looking string in his poop omg I panicked I used a wipe to pick it up and squished it it didn’t move and it felt like jelly. Has any other person encountered this and if so should I head to the ER?

Don’t go to the ER if it isn’t an emergency. Always just call the pediatrician, the. Pediatric urgent care if needed. Otherwise you’ll spend a freakin fortune and waste the ER staffs time over something small. Work your way up as needed.
