Naps 3 month baby
My concern is that she is having only 30mins day nap, 3 max to 4 naps per day. She sleeps at 6pm and wakes up 3 times to feed, and 6am she woke up. I feel so tired... FTM 😔 Does you babies sleep more and do you have any suggestions what to do to get her sleep more during her naps.
