Could this be my water leaking? Underwear pic

Im37 weeks today, ftm. Idk if it’s increased discharge or maybe I’m leaking. I put a pad on but I’m wondering if anyone how leaked fluid maybe could tell? Or if anyone might just have an idea.

I have that at times, I went to get my water check it was negative. The only way to truly knowing is going in to get checked out. 
I was told at the end having watery discharge is normal.
I also been having contractions.
They also told me that if you have to change your pad a few times in less than 30 minutes to an hour your leaking. And go in. But you can also leak slowly so they also told me to go in if my pads get completely wet and it’s not normal 3 times

So it looks kind of white, your water would be clear discharge. If you are worried or questioning it though go in and get checked if it keeps up!
