At what point should I go to the hospital for dehydration ?

I’m six weeks. Lightheaded and dizzy. My skin is doing that thing where you pinch your knuckles and it stays that way? I’m having so much trouble drinking water because it makes me feel sick. I’m trying! 😭

I had this with my last pregnancy and had to stand up for myself in the er asking for fluids when nothing was staying down! I left feeling like a new woman...
