Can you still get pregnant while on the iud?

I’ve heard other women say you can but not likely... I have the skyla iud for about 4 months now but it was just a question I had In mind to ask more women and hear their stories💛

Yes you can but it’s rare. The IUD is the most effective contraceptive. I’ve had mine in for about two years now and I lead a very active sex life with my husband and nothing has happened. It’s over 99% effective. I would not worry about getting pregnant with an IUD.
