Are probiotics + prebiotics safe during pregnancy???
I’ll ask my doc next week when I see her, but I started taking a probiotic + prebiotic for regularity bc the constipation was so bad... but then I realized the packaging says contact your doc before taking if pregnant... so now I’m worried bc I’ve been taking it for a few days.
