Testing at first visit?

Last night I finished a smallish joint (about half a gram) and found out today that I will be having my first prenatal visit exactly a week away, so I’m wondering if they will drug test me and if they will, urine or blood, will it come up positive?

I live in PA and normally I don’t think they would, but because of issues with insurance and covid cases, I haven’t been able to get an appointment until I was 16 weeks. If it does come up positive, will they contact CPS or the authorities?
