Please Hear Me out!!!!!

Hi ladies im currently 10 weeks and going through hell just want to no im not alone

Ive been vomiting everyday since friday and not being able to eat hardly anything . A new sympton is not being able to swallow my own spit contantly spitting and having dry mouth. I wake up in the middle of the night so overwhelmed with gas and bloating , i stay up for a while untill i finally fall asleep. SMELLS drive me nuts and induce my nausea and vomiting

Every one says ohhh it will pass ok thats not helping me now

I just needed to vent any one else out there no what im going through????!!!
