Rash?

I was changing my baby after her bath, and I noticed this big rash on the back of her leg. Just one leg. Any advice?
i haven’t changed her food, diapers, detergent or anything, so I’m unsure what it’s from.

This looks similar to my sons eczema. The only thing I have found so far that helps manage it is Aquaphor every night, all over before putting his PJ’s on.

Looks like eczema. Has weather changed where you are at or have you introduced new foods? Those are common triggers. All three of my kids have it.

Is it a rash or dry skin? I can’t tell by photos. I have this weird patch of dry skin on my upper arm (baby has it too in the exact same spot!!) that randomly shows up occasionally. It’s like raised bumps or feels like I left it out in the sun too long... kinda leathery?
