5 dpo, Cramping and backache result in BFP?

I’m 5 dpo and I’m cramping and have backache like if I was about to get my period and I’m bloated like no tomoz 😩 anyone else had this and it result in a BFP?

Answer

I had heart burn and back ach also a headache the other day I’m 12dpo now had 3 faint lines yesterday and another today🤞🏼
