PSA: Acupunture for Sciatica

I’ve been dealing with painful sciatica for weeks now. So bad it keeps me up at night. Exercises and stretching wasn’t helping. Went to the acupuncturist for “labour prep” yesterday and casually mentioned the sciatica too... no idea if he’ll actually make my labour easier, but my sciatica pain is magically gone! I’m a pretty big skeptic about this kind of stuff but i heard this practitioner was particularly legit. I wish I had known he could help sooner!
