So over this 🥺

I just feel sad and having a rant, especially since my body just seems to want to mess with me! Had gotten into a really consistent and regular cycle - then right when it was all good my cycle went haywire with AF appearing almost 1 week earlier than normal, preceded by a week of spotting 🥺 Currently on the first cycle post this weirdness and never got close to a positive opk (definitely no LH line now!) - AF will be here in a week if I'm back to 'normal'. I'm just confused and sad and frustrated! Another cycle just gone and no idea what is going on. Just feeling like this is getting too hard 😭😭😭
