Too early for symptoms?!

I'm 3dpo and have waves of intense nausea. Yesterday, while putting up our Christmas tree, my lower stomach felt sore and tight. I also have a metallic taste and sore breast(which is normal for me starting on ovulation till AF) Could these be pregnancy signs already?
