OPK confusion
So I have been taking OPKs the last couple days, my first month and am confused because I had a sort of higher reading yesterday morning (I didn’t use FMU) and now the readings are all over the place but down in the .1 range. I tested 3 times yesterday and they aren’t increasing they’re fluctuating. Not sure if I could have missed my window or if maybe the .32 was a false reading
