Is it possible to have a period and be pregnant?

I know that when my husband and I last had sex was January 26 and yesterday morning I woke up and I didn’t see my period or spotting either until I got home yesterday evening.

Could there be a small chance of the fact that I could be pregnant if I didn’t get my period yesterday?

Cause is it wrong of me to want to have sex on my period, cause my husband doesn’t think it’s a good idea but I know that sex while on my period helps with cramps but my husband makes me wait to have sex.
