Is this normal?

I went to get my blood work done. I’m only 4w4days.My Hcg was 600 and my progesterone was only 10 which my doctor is now putting me on progesterone suppositories. Has anybody has a successful pregnancy while using them? This is my first pregnancy and I’m worried. I’ve been cramping in my back as well.

I wouldn’t worry about orogesterone levels since you’re now in meds for it. You’re still early and with help, your number will go up. 
I had low progesterone for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy but I eventually ended up the highest oral dose of progesterone pills and my number rose to 59. It took time to go up but at least it was the right direction. Now I have a healthy almost 8 month old.

I took progesterone for weeks 6 to 11 of my pregnancy due to low progesterone levels and am now in my second trimester and things are going great. I had previous losses due to low progesterone so I do think it helped this time around.
