I took a new position within the same company but the manager in this position is completely incompetent…I’m such a down to earth, chill, and laid back individual and he be doing the most. He’s also new in his position (Sept 2020) and I feel like he’s doing too much trying to prove himself. I’ve had a few positions within this organization because I like to move around a learn and learn new things. I often stay to myself, do my 8 then skate…Old managers always left me alone because they knew I was fine cause I did my job and I did it well

This new one is working my nerves! How u getting on my nerves and I’m working remotely 😩😩… I like the position but I wish I could work under someone else…we have different managers in this department but I feel it’s tacky to bring this up

I don’t want to look for another position already but I think imma have too
