Am i pregnant?

So I got 2 positive hpt’s, one yesterday, the other today, both very dark lines. Went to the doctor and their test was negative. But, then they showed me the test and it had two lines but the test line was lighter than the control and they said if it’s not as dark as the control it’s negative and I’m not pregnant? This has me super confused. Anybody gone through this?

Could be too early for the doctors test to be positive. I got a positive at home at 3 and half weeks but they wont let me come in until im 8 weeks for a blood work

They should have did a blood test. You should request one.

They should take a blood test if it’s that close. I would ask for that next if they give you anymore trouble.

Yeah I don’t get these doctor offices that bring you in immediately. Keep testing and make your appointment for 7-10 weeks to verify viability.
