Opinions?

I took this about 3 hours ago. 2 when the picture was taken. They have never shown a line like that except once and I actually did end up pregnant that time. Is it possible that’s what is happening? But I didn’t have sex around when Glow said I ovulated? But I skipped my period this month also. I had a “one day period” and only spotted a light pinkish color and a bit dark brown that stopped completely later that night.
