Please download the app Think Dirty. It is really such a good tool to search diff products, especially for baby. They will give a rating 1-10 I believe and it was eye opening for me. Check out that Johnson & Johnson baby wash in there, unless they drastically changed up their formula from 2 years ago, pls don’t use that on ur baby again. Check out Tubby Todd bath products. They work wonderfully, smell great and they have ingredients you will be able to fully pronounce and and recognize. It’s worth every penny because I know what they use won’t hurt my son. Also, chuck out that Dreft and get something like Tide Free & Clear. Or one of the others without any of the stuff in Dreft. This should hopefully be clearing up soon. If it doesn’t I would def call her Ped to be seen. My head went right away if covid can have a rash in babies...for some reason I feel like I recently heard this. This is most likely not anything that serious. & just her super sensitive baby skin needing a much more gentle routine. Good luck Mama.

I think that's an allergic reaction to something the baby is exposed to rather than baby acne; detergent, softner, formula, lotion ect. Id call the pediatrician and have them take a look.

I used everything unscented and nontoxic and my baby still had a breakout like this. Never fingered out what caused it but the “Cloud Island All Purpose Balm” cleared it up so beautifully within days

Are you breast feeding? Because if you are it could be something in your diet that the little one is allergic to or having an issue with or it could be products you are using on your clothes or a perfume you’re wearing that don’t agree. Poor little guy i hope it clears up soon!

I currently get like this as an adult. I noticed i get like that after I’ve eaten something immost likely allergic to. After I noticed I get like that after I eat I eat it again (just to see if my theory is true) and sure enough I really out. I cover myself in a cold wet towel to stop the rash/hives and itchiness take a Benadryl (or two if it’s bad) and wake up all cleared up. Works every times it’s allergies for me ever since I was a baby
