First embryo fresh transfer failed

Hi guys!

Today was my blood test and doc called me that I'm not pregnant.. we have MFI.. this was our first ivf cycle after 2 failed IUI..

I'm loosing hope and very stressed right now.

Does anyone have been through this?

What can I do to make my next transfer successful?
