Sperm Analysis Test Help

So, today they gave me to results of my husband's sperm analysis test. They didn't tell me if it was good or not. He never had this testing done before. Can someone please help me out? I see most of the stuff is higher than the normal. Then, at the bottom it was saying defects with the sperm I was worried the numbers are too high. Does the defects part on the bottom look bad? I'm not sure and the nurses didn't answer any questions for me.
