How to isolate glutes?
What one exercise or gym machine really isolates the glute muscles?
Please don’t say squats, I find those to use more leg than butt even when I check my form.
I’ve tried the hip thruster machine, and seemingly all the leg/glute machines at the gym. I have a hard time ever feeling sore in my butt no matter what I do.
