If you had to be up at 7am for work, what time would you go to bed?

I go to bed by 1130-1230, wake up at 7am to be at work for 830. I leave the house at 750. I'm a night owl, so going to bed early just doesn't work for me.

I work at 6 am every morning and i try to go to bed by at least 10 or 11

I have to be at work by 6. So I get up at 5 in the morning to get ready. So I’m usually asleep by 8. Latest by 9-9:30.

I have a shitty sleep schedule. I usually average 4 hours a “night”. So for me, I’d try to be in bed around midnight/1 to get the most out of my time. Before that, I would likely be getting restless sleep.

My man has to be at work at 7 so we have to get up at 5. He usually goes to sleep around 9, I go to sleep around 11.

I work retail so my bed time is all over the place but I try to start relaxing in bed around 9pm so I'm sleep by 10pm. Are I end up like last night and sleep a hour or two and wake up all night😭 and then crash the next night at 9pm. Looks like a caffeine day today😌😢.

I work 6-6 and rotate on days and night shift.  My ass is in bed by 7 lol
