OB believes I had a missed miscarriage ectopic... VVVFP last Tuesday then it got lighter came back went away and haven't gotten a positive since... OB said I missed my chance for BFP and I have been hurting for a week now, severe stabbing pains on my right side and full lower abdomen and pelvic pain since Saturday, right shoulder tip pain, nausea, vomiting, prune juice colored discharge on Monday smelled like soured post partum blood, I was put on nuvessa to prevent sepsis until I can get in Monday to see my OB, extremely dizzy, and pressure in rectum, heavy feeling in pelvis (feels like I'm trying to pass a softball through my cervix). How long do these symptoms last?!
