Yes it’s normal! Caused by either heartburn or post-nasal drip (notice your nose is running more too? That’s the case for me and that’s what’s causing it!)

I had this around 6 weeks for a while and all googling said it was a symptom of acid reflux x

Definitely reflux. It's heartburn if it burns. Reflux SUCKS!
