I drank whatever I want while TTC. And during pregnancy I drink my 12oz of coffee a day.

I did during TTC (just one cup coffee) but during pregnancy I’m not drinking any tea or coffee and not having anything that may contain caffeine such as chocolate.

Since I found out I’m pregnant (a little over 5 weeks) I’ve just had about a half cup of coffee each day and it’s been good! Generally speaking just cutting back on caffeine 😊
