Cramps?

The app says that today I am 4 weeks and 1 day. Have you experienced a lot of cramping during this time? I have had kind of bad cramps through the days for the past 2 days now.

Yeah I'm getting dull cramps now and again and like a pulling, stretching feeling. I asked my friends who've had babies if this is normal and they have confirmed it is. If it was extremely painful then I'd see my GP but it doesn't hurt me enough to panic.

I had cramping at this stage in all my pregnancies. While a little worrisome, it’s completely normal as long as they aren’t intense and super painful.

I'm 4 weeks and a day as well, and have been having them too. Mine aren't as intense as my usual period cramps. The do make me somewhat nervous though, as I miscarried on Christmas Eve, and am now terrified of every little thing. Fingers crossed for us both for happy and healthy pregnancies!
