Will zofran show up on a drug test?

I am taking a drug test for my new job and I’m feeling so nauseated this morning so I was going to take a zofran before I go. Will that come up on my drug test?

1. It shouldn’t 
2. If it does it shouldn’t matter because it’s not a controlled substance
3. If there’s any issue, you should be able to provide the script and be fine. 
4. Final say will come from the employer. 
I take Xanax for panic attacks that obviously showed up on my drug test but I could provide a script and a doctors note and my employer was fine with that. However some employers would not be. I know of people who have failed because their urine was too diluted from drinking water.
