Lost Baby B

Yesterday I have a normal OB visit at 11weeks 3days. They did an ultrasound to get the babies heartbeats. Baby A was all over the place. Baby B should not heartbeat. It stopped growing at around 8 weeks. Just a few days after I last saw them. I’m extremely devastated with this loss. I know I should try and focus on Baby A and I should be grateful for the two child I already have been blessed with and that one is still growing in my belly. But it is so hard to let go of the fact that in 6 months I will give birth to just one baby. I’ve decided that I want to name the baby to help cope and grieve.

Any advice on how to cope with losing one twin would be greatly appreciated!
