Late for af

So af not been since 10th January I know I ovulated late I had a peak on the 9th feb had heavy sore boobs and nipples never had that before af nausea and headache bloating I think I see vvvf lines but nothing I brought a fr today and negative 🥲 I just wish I knew what was going on
