As long as it’s not heavy bleeding it’s probably ok. That looks to me like light spotting & I went through that myself early on, once for no reason and another time from sex. 
I wouldn’t stress about it too much but definitely make sure to take note of how heavy it is, what color, and how many days it happens so that you can talk about it at your next Dr appointment. Feel better girl 💖 hope it all goes well.

That's only a small amount of blood, so I would call your doctor, but try not to worry about it too much. Did you have sex recently? Any vaginal exams or ultrasounds? It could just be cervix irritation.
