Low Papp-a

Does anybody else have or had this? I wasn’t made aware until my 20 week appointment that I have a low Papp-a of .28

Baby is growing right on track but they’re going to keep monitoring her closer.

Does anybody have experience with this? Google is making me think the worst so I’m staying off of it.
