Nexplanon removed no period and pregnancy symptoms

So I had my nexplanon removed Feb 8th and have not had a period. Been feeling really nauseous and bloated like with my 1st baby. Took a test but it is negative. It has me all messed up waiting to take another test. Anyone else get pregnant with no period after nexplanon?
