I dated this guy for two years. The final two months was very rocky. When we broke up, he blocked me and all. It hurt but such is life.

He messages me today (haven't heard from him in 2 weeks since our break up) begging for me back, saying sorry, and apologizing for the mail.

I was like what mail? So I went and checked. There was a small package for me, containing some of my things and things that I gave him. Seems ok right? I didn't ask for this stuff back but if that's the closure he needed then that's ok.

I look a little closer, and everything in the package is damaged like crazy! Two rings of mine were melted into a blob mess. A chain necklace was cut into a bunch of pieces and the pendant was smashed. A ring I got him was bent badly. A love letter I gave him on our first anniversary was shredded to pieces along with the anniversary cards and birthday cards.

He said he made a poor and rash decision and was so angry. And now he's sorry and wants to work it out. Thoughts??
