Best Men’s razor for leg shaving?

I have always heard that men’s razors are the best for shaving legs. But is there a certain type/brand/etc that anyone recommends?

I use the Venus Sensitive now and shaving cream, but still almost always end up with razor burn. I also have the “strawberry legs” look and I know shaving irritates it and makes it worse. I’ve recently started waxing but it gets expensive, so I’m on the hunt for ways to cure it at home. An amazing razor seems to be the best bet.
