Can vomiting cause spotting?

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and I have a subchronic hematoma. I was violently puking this morning, and now I’m spotting. Could this be why? Possibly agitated it? I’m so worried about a miscarriage 😭

Maybe but more likely your subchoronic hematoma. Did you have spotting before? It can go in spurts spotting not spotting. No cramping?

I also have a subchoronic hemorrhage and I know that I tend to bleed more with increased activity so it's definitely possible. I've been bleeding for 8 weeks now 😫
