Do you think that the extreme stress we put on ourselves during ovulation is actually harming our chances? Have you guys gotten pregnant when you stopped trying?

It’s a slippery slope. Here’s what I know. 
Stress impacts your adrenals . Your adrenals impact your thyroid etc. they are all connected in a way. Certain people NOT ALL are on the cusp or the edge of high TSH etc. 
I recommend acupuncture if you can do it .

I’m not sure honestly. This is just my experience, but the month I stopped tracking my cycle and decided to have fun with it. I got pregnant sooo 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think it’s definitely possible! I recently changed jobs, and for the last 2 years I’ve had 60-80 day cycles. Since leaving that job I’ve gone down to having normal cycles! I didn’t realize I was that stressed and that it plays such a big factor in my cycles.

I think the stress can effect both partners. My husband asked this last cycle for me not to tell him when I was in my fertile window/ovulating because he said he had been feeling stressed and a lot of pressure. I also decided not to track with OPK and choose to have sex everyday in what I figured was roughly my fertile window, based on previous patterns. It worked. We got pregnant. I miscarried unfortunately. But when we’re ready to start trying again, I think we’ll do it the same way of less tracking and pressure.
