2w 3D postpartum - shortness of breath

From 1/2 days postpartum I’ve been having shortness of breath, headaches, coughing, dizziness and feeling faint. I literally get episodes where I can’t breath and as if I had an elephant on my chest and then sharp pain under my ribs, this usually happens when I’m sitting down. I have an appointment tomorrow with a doctor over the phone, but just wanted to see if anyone else had/has it?

I just had another episode and it was really bad and my husband had to take my boy off me as I was close to fainting.. not sure what to do.
