I am currently 18 weeks pregnant nearly 19. I dont have a massive bump that gets in the way. My SO doesn't exactly wear boxers where I can easily grab his dick. I lack self-confidence to approach him AT ALL for sex even though I feel like I have a higher sex drive. I can tell he get tried initiating it because we don't have sex as much no more and I spoke to him about it and it came down to me having to be the one to iniate mor often.
