Partner working question!

Parents who have baby sleep in their room with them - does your partner sleep with you when they have to work? And if so, do they have an alarm that goes off early in the morning? Does it affect your newborn? My husband returned to work this week and I’ve had him sleep in the spare bedroom so he’s not exhausted for work but I miss him and he’s worried his alarm and getting ready for work would disturb baby’s sleep and cause issues for me if he came back to our room. What do you other parents do?
