Pregnant naturally with PCOS?

Have any of you ladies gotten pregnant naturally with PCOS? I really want to help myself as naturally as possible. I have made many changes in my diet and my cycle is beginning to regulate so I’m really happy about that! 
We have been TTC for 3 years now, but just recently have many significant changes for our health.

Yes, three times by doing a whole food low carb diet. Lost all 3 babies though. I have other health issues that contribute to my miscarriages.

I have twice :) took almost 2 years the first time and a year the second time it took 14 months! Trying for #3 now and on month 10 with only 2 ovulations so far! In my tww now.
