TMITrigger warning "Ectopic pregnancy"

I had ultrasound at 5weeks to see if they can locate the baby and they couldn't. My fertility specialist said it must be an ectopic pregnancy and I will have miscarriage which I started bleeding today 5weeks 5days and is this lining tissues of my miscarriage or the fetus?
