Idk what’s wrong...

Recently I had sex after about a year and a half of not, and about a day after i had a little bit of pain and then a little after that i had some odd discharge. It was almost like skin or tissue and then i just started to have the feeling that i need to pee but barely any comes out, but there’s no pain or anything when peeing. And just recently when i went to the bathroom when i wiped there was a little blood clot but no pain or blood in the toilet, we also used protection.
