You don’t eat yogurt to “treat” a yeast infection. Eating it helps prevent yeast infections. Go to the doctor, they give you a pill and it’s gone in a few days. Monistat has never worked for me

For bv put a touch of plain unsweetened yogurt on the tip of a tampon. Insert it and leave it in for an hour or two. 
I used to have bv a lot and this helped me a lot.
